Prepare the Whiteboard Paint in amount sufficient for the area.

Clean dirty areas and remove dust with a clean dry cloth.

Repair rough surface by sanding using sand paper or sand-pad.Tape off edges with low adhesion masking tape.Place the pre-taped film or several layers of old newspaper on the floor.
